Our returns policy
We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.
We offer a 30 day refund policy on unopened and unused items. We know that you might need a bit more time over the holiday period, so we have extended this to 60 days for online orders placed between 7th November to 31st December 2024.
If you have bought from a retailer, please return your product to them directly. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.
All other terms of sale related to returns and refunds apply.
How to return
For UK customers, please email us on support@sohoskin.com and we can send you a free QR code to return your order. The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging, so take care to ensure you have securely packaged up your return.
For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a free returns service so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

We are currently shipping all UK orders free of charge through DPD, this takes around 2-4 working days.
Europe Shipping
We currently deliver to the following countries:

US, Canada and Mexico Shipping
We currently ship orders free via Fedex standard service, the estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days. You can choose to upgrade to Fedex Premium when available too at a cost of $15.00.

Tax & duties
EU
Customers placing orders for delivery to EU destinations will be the importer of record in the EU country of destination. By placing orders for EU delivery, customers agree that Soho Home will pay all applicable import taxes and duties prior to the delivery of goods on behalf of the customer.
There will be no further payable amount owed by the customer once the order is placed. If you are a business customer outside the UK and need further tax-relevant information for your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@sohoskin.com
International
We ship all international orders outside of the EU on a 'Delivered At Place' (DAP) basis.
Your order may be subject to charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.
